Dublin Fashion Catch Up

September 16, 2009

I’ve been a bit under the weather lately and took a few days off to recover my strength and vitality and when I returned all refreshed and rested I realised the world didn’t stop – instead it was moving faster than ever in Dublin. Thanks to some of the hard working bloggers I could quickly catch up on the events of the past few days.

Here is a glimpse into Dublin’s fashion world as recorded by Irish Bloggers in the past few days…

1. Remember I was talking about Grazia Stylehunter Award coming to Dublin on the 10th of September? So it finally happened and the results were fantastic

2. With Annmarie O’Connor, the author of I Blog Fashion on the main page the list goes on with some really stylish outfits. According Whisty Blogs Dublin Fashion, it lacks a bit of spontaneity as all the photographed ladies are involved into fashion industry but the outfits are still absolutely worth it!!

3. The video of Fashion Breakthrough, one of the major Dublin fashion events is out and can be viewed on Whisty’s Blogs Dublin Fashion. Those who have seen the photographs of the Fashion Show on my gallery know that the designs are truly inspiring!

4. Christopher Kane for Topshop – shall I say more?…

5. Fabulous events from fashion shows to makup presentations in Brown Thomas by Whisty and Beauty.ie

 6. The girls from Dirty Fabulous, the Dublin vintage shop are back from Tuscany full of recession friendly ideas and plans to make it easier for you to find that perfect vintage dress….

7. And on a final note…David Lachapelle’s American Jesus exhibition is on in Dublin on the 19th of September. Very provocative.

Who says Dublin is still water??
